Land pollution

Land pollution, the garbage of solid or liquid waste on land or underground that can contaminate the soil and groundwater, threatens health which causes terrible conditions and nuisances. Municipal solid waste or municipal refuse is the cause of land pollution. These wastes contain nonhazardous garbage, rubbish, and trash from homes, schools, commercial establishments, and industrial facilities.
